ANNABELLE RAMA answered live in “Showbiz Central” the accusations of child abuse filed against her by Nadia Montenegro who said Annabelle forced her two minor daughters, Alyana and Annika, 17 and 16, to work more than 40 hours a week. Nadia’s eldest daughter, Inah, is also managed by Annabelle but she’s already 18 and so no longer a minor. It’s Raymond Gutierrez who first spoke for his mom.
“Nabigla ako,” he says. “May galit at disappointment ako kay Nadia kasi in my mom’s 30 years in showbiz, wala siyang record ng child abuse. Nadia asked her help to manage her three daughters and she accepted it. We treat my mom’s talents as family members. We saw our mom defend and support Nadia and her daughters, encouraging producers to get them and hire them, so it saddens me na umabot sa ganito, humantong sa mga bintang at pagsisinungaling. We support our mom 100% in this issue kasi nakita namin ang pag-aaruga niya sa mga anak ni Nadia.”
