Sandra Aguinaldo's Award Winning docu re-shown sunday night

CONGRATS TO Sandra Aguinaldo for her “I Witness” docu, “Pasan-Pasan”, that won as best adult educational program in the recent Catholic Mass Media Awards. This is about Pablito, an 18 years old man who cannot walk, eat, or bathe alone. His bones are brittle; so brittle in fact, that one wrong move can cause them to break. He’s had fractures all over his body, reminiscent of Samuel F. Jackson’s role as Mr. Glass in the Bruce Willis’ film, “Unbreakable”. But whatever pain his broken bones may bring to Pablito is compensated by the loyalty and devotion of his number one champion – his brother Jason. Everyday, Jason lifts Pablito on his back to take him to school. Pablito and Jason are only some of the subjects in this touching docu about commitment and not surrendering to suffering. Witness how families carry each other through the good and the bad, in a story that will change the way people define the word “burden.” Don’t miss “Pasan-Pasan” as it’s re-shown tonight, Sunday, 9:55 pm on the country’s leading news channel, GMA News TV Ch. 11.
