SARAH LAHBATI’s 18th birthday last Sunday, October 9, and she was feted by Raymond Gutierrez in “Showbiz Central”. She became emotional and cried when an interview with her father is show. Her dad is based in Geneva, Switzerland and who she hasn’t seen for about two years. Sarah got the perfect birthday gift she’s wishing for as GMA-7 will launch her solo in the TV remake of “Kokak”, the komiks novel which starred Rachel “Sshh Boom” Lobangco in the Seiko Films movie of the same title. She’ll start taping this soon and airing will be in late October with
JC Tiuseco and TJ Marquez as her leading man. “I feel so blessed and so excited,” she said. “I want to thank GMA and I promise to do my best para hindi ako mapahiya sa kanila.”
Sarah is currently playing a supporting role in “Time of My Life” which will end in November, so her two shows will overlap. She’s also featured in the new episode of “Spooky Nights Presents” entitled “Sumpa”, with co-Starstruck V colleague Enzo Pineda, plus Carl Guevarra, Ynna Asistio, and Kylie Padilla.
