Iza Calzado for the passing of her dad, Lito Calzado, 65, last Friday, November 11, due to liver cancer. Lito is best known as a choreographer and TV floor director, but he also dabbled in acting. He acted as early as 1968 when he was part of the Lea Productions movie, “Bang Shang A Lang” starring Helen Gamboa. Other films he did were “Stariray” and “Jack n Jill of the Third Kind” with Dolphy in th 70s. For Viva, he did comedies like “Mana-Mana, Tiba-Tiba” and “Stupid Love” in the 90s. Aside from Iza, he has a son named Dash who was also a dancer and part of the group called Legit Misfitz. Let’s all pray for the repose of his soul.
