Eric Quizon shows the truth about cosmetic surgery in Glamorosa

DIRECTOR ERIC QUIZON says his new soap, “Glamorosa”, means beauty and sophistication but the story is more than just about this. “We’d show na hindi lang panlabas na anyo ng isang tao ang importante kundi what’s within,” he says. “But will do show some cosmetic surgery procedures as a backdrop of the show, the core of which is still a family drama and a love story.”

Lorna Tolentino and Alice Dixson are happy to be back together since they did “Nagbabagang Luha” in 1988 as Natalia and Paulina, rival cosmetic surgeons with deep dark secrets in their past. Eric says it’s a joy to work with both of them. “I directed Lorna before in the movie ‘Pusong Mamon” at si Alice, recently in ‘Babaeng Hampaslupa”. They’re both very professional and very dedicated to their craft. So more or less, gamay na namin ang isa’t isa. But even the other actors like Zoren Legaspi, Ritz Azul, Martin Escudero, Meg Imperial, Victor Silayan are all okay. They all deliver.”
