Ogie Alcasid says Regine Velasquez might have a CS delivery

OGIE ALCASID’s wife Regine Velasquez is due to give birth on November 22 yet but she has a breach pregnancy (“suhi” in Tagalog) and if the baby won’t change its position then Regine might just deliver him by caesarean section one week before that date.

“We’re still hoping na maging normal nga ang position ng baby boy namin,” says Ogie. “Rege is now under observation by her doctor. Excited na kami pareho. This is my first baby boy. We’re calling him Nathaniel and I’m currently composing a new song just for him, ‘Aking Anak’ or ‘My Son’.”

Ogie is happy that his acting in his drama scenes in “Daldalita” is eliciting positive feedback. “Maraming nagugulat, kaya ko raw palang magdrama,” he beams. “Isang memorable scene I did is when I was looking at the pictures of my late wife, Donna Cruz, at ng nawawala naming baby na hindi ko alam, si Daldalita pala. Talagang kusa na lang tumulo ang tears ko. Natural yun, ha. Walang daya.”

“Daldalita” becomes more interesting now that Manilyn Reynes as Katrina, the sister of Donna Cruz, has returned and engages Cherry (Rufa Mae Quinto), the new girl of Ogie, into a catfight. It’s Jillian Ward as Daldalita who consoles her and she has the strong intuition that Daldalita and her missing niece, Lolita, are one and the same. But Ogie doesn’t believe this as the thinks his daughter is already dead. Cherry tries to get rid of Daldalita but Ogie has resolved that he will adopt the girl for good.
