Snooky Serna happy to be back with ABS-CBN

SNOOKY SERNA is happy to be back in ABS-CBN as the wife of Al Tantay and mother of Charee Pineda in “Angelito, Batang Ama”, which stars JM De Guzman in the title role.

“I was so happy when they got me kasi my last show with them was ‘Marina’ pa, four years ago,” she says. “So this is really a blessing.”

She went through some problems recently after the death of her mom, Mila Ocampo, and her breakup with her longtime businessman boyfriend. “I’ve changed na. I’m definitely not the pagong they refer to noon. I’ve matured na rin naman at ayoko ng maulit ang mistakes ko before.”

How is it working with JM and Charee? “I can’t complain. For someone so young, ang huhusay nila. Watch out for that scene na nalaman kong nabuntis ni JM ang anak kong si Charee. Iyakan kaming lahat at ang gagaling nila magdrama. I’m happy to work with them.”
