“I didn’t expect it,” he says. “But this is an incredible year. I only started in showbiz this year in ‘Alakdana’ but ang dami ng positive things na nangyari. I did three films, ‘Tween Academy’, ‘The Road’ and the filmfest ‘Ang Panday, Ikalawang Aklat’ where I play Gubli, a member of the dragon people who’s in love with Marian Rivera. Biro mo, I’m so new, nasali na agad ako sa Metro-Manila and I’ll experience joining the Parade of Stars pa.”
He had a great time working not only with Marian in the film but also with Sen. Bong Revilla, Phillip Salvador and Eddie Garcia. “Mababait silang lahat and they’re generous to share their experiences,” he says. “Just watching them, you’ll learn a lot. Si Tito Phillip, parang acting coach namin nina Kris Bernal sa set. Si Tito Eddie naman, nakaka-inspire. At his age, dumarating ng maaga sa shoot, walang kasamang alalay at memorized na ang buong script niya. Sana tumagal din ako sa industry na gaya niya.”
