Conflicting Reports On First Day Earnings Of Metro-Manila Fimfest Entries

THERE ARE CONFLICTING reports about the first day gross of the Metro-Manila Filmfest entries. The first to Tweet with actual figures was Kris Aquino who stated: Enteng ng Ina Mo – P32.8 million, Panday 2 - P20 m, Segunda Mano – P18.25 m, My Househusband – P17.3 m, Shake Rattle & Roll 13 – P15.9 m, Yesterday Today Tomorrow – P10.1 m, Manila Kingpin – P3 m.

Kris later made another Tweet correcting herself. She said Enteng actually earned P38.5 m. If this were true, this means, it earned P18.5 million more than Panday, and that amount is also what Kris’ own Segunda Mano is said to have earned that day. Mind-boggling.

And here’s another Tweet which our source is more credible since it’s said to come from someone who’s with the Metro-Manila Development Authority: Enteng – P30.2 m, Panday 2 – P29.3, Segunda Mano – P12.4 m, Househusband – P10.5 m, Shake Rattle 13 – P9 m, Yesterday Today – P6.5 m, Manila Kingpin – P3 m.
Now, it’s up to you which one you want to believe.
