GMA ARTIST CENTER Head Ida Henares was personally implicated by DJ Mo for what happened to her niece Rhian Ramos and she has issued a statement through the Kapunan, Garcia & Castillo Law Offices: “Our client Ms. Ida Henares does not want to dignify the acts of Mr. Gumatay (Mo’s real name is Mohan Gumatay) with an explanation. However, since he dragged her into the media fiasco he now created, she has no choice but to speak up and categorically state that there is absolutely no truth to the
allegations of Dj Mo (Mr. Gumatay). These are all false and malicious statements and she already referred this matter to her lawyer for appropriate legal acts.”
Mo is said to be coming home next week for a hosting commitment and to spend the holidays with Moira, his daughter with Bunny Paras who’s coming from L.A. to celebrate Christmas in Manila. Maybe Rhian and GMA-7 lawyers should now work on having a TRO issued on Mo for him not to be able to leave again so he can personally answer the charges they filed against him and make sure he gets the punishment he truly deserves.
