Is Anne Curtis Ready To Sing National Anthem In Next Manny Pacquiao Fight?

ANNE CURTIS thanked the press as 2011 is a really good year for her with her megahit movie, “No Other Woman” and platinum debut album, “AnneBisyosa”. Now, she’ll have her first concert at the Big Dome no less, “AnneBisyosa: No Other Concert, World Tour” on January 28. “’No Other Concert’ kasi first and last na to, di na mauulit,” she says. “Nagjo-joke lang ako noong dream ko mag-concert sa Araneta. Nagulat na lang ako when Tita Veronique del Rosario told me Boss Vic said tuloy na. I think nakita nila noong guest ako sa Martin Nievera-Side A concert na tinanggap ako ng audience.”

 Will her voice last through a full concert? “Di ko alam kung kakayanin ng boses ko.”

Will she make “birit”? “Aba siempre! At no voice lessons, ha. Kasi eto na ko. But Tita Veronique said I have to do it to learn proper breathing kasi iba ito. Dati, laro-laro lang. Ngayon, sasayaw pa ko and I’ll play an instrument. Guests ko sina Sarah Geronimo and Vice Ganda, with some boys na nagkaroon ng connection sa’kin.”  Meantime, Sarah implores writers not to rush her lovelife.

Why is her concert called World Tour? “Kasi Boss Vic introduced me to the producers daw of my concert abroad, so world tour. Ang taray nga, di pa nag-nationwide, world tour agad. I’m taking this one as a challenge and I hope I pass it with flying colors. Stylists ko sina Liz Uy and Pam Quinones, first time nila to collaborate, directed by Rico Gutierrez. Kung ano kulang sa voice ko, babawiin ko na lang sa fashion styling, production values and special effects. Natuwa naman ako dahil after lumabas na magko-concert ako, very positive ang reaction ng mga tao, like Ate Regine Velasquez twitted: ‘Concert Empress, kung kailangan mo ng back up singer, just let me know.’ I really screamed.”
