Zanjoe Marudo Not Secretive About Relationship With Bea Alonzo

ONE THING WRITERS like about Zanjoe Marudo is that he’s not secretive about his life. Most actors, when asked about their sweethearts, would demur and say “Sa’min na lang yun.” Not Zanjoe, who’s very open about his love for Bea Alonzo and Bea should be glad that Zanjoe’s so proud of her. Read the related article: Bea Alonzo happy with Zanjoe Marudo. At the presscon of “Shake, Rattle & Roll 13” where he stars with Maricar Reyes in the “Tamawo” episode, he reveals that he and Bea are leaving on Christmas Day so he can introduce to his dad and siblings who live in Jersey City. How come he’s so serious with Bea?

“At this point, after five years in showbiz, I feel more comfortable to talk about my personal life,” he says. “I’d say I’m so proud of Bea. Not only physically as she’s really beautiful, kundi after yung 8 months namin, mas kilala ko na ang ugali niya, mga pinagdaanan niya sa buhay, and she inspires me.”

Have they talked about marriage? “She’s still too young. Mas kinikilala pa rin naming mabuti ang isa’t isa so no need to hurry. Ine-enjoy muna namin being boyfriend-girlfriend.” Before Bea, Zanjoe was previously with Mariel Rodriguez.

Eugene Domingo, who’s in the “Rain Rain Go Away” of “Shake 13” says he’s the sexiest man for her. “We’ve worked in ‘Kimmy Dora’ and ‘Wedding Tayo’ at saludo ko kay Eugene, so it’s an honor na mapili niyang sexiest man. Sa ‘Kimmy Dora’ pa lang, gusto na niyang kagatin ang nipple ko, e,” he laughs.
