Best supporting actor – John Regala as the cool but menacing Totoy Golem in “Manila Kingpin” and as the dad who voluntarily turned gay to save his son from a curse in “Zombadings”, Jomari Yllana as the easygoing doctor who falls in love with a single mom in “Ikaw ang Pag-ibig”, Dennis Trillo as the former macho dancer-callboy in “Yesterday Today Tomorrow”, Marvin Agustin as the ill fated principal and Allen Dizon as the leader of the farmers in “Patikul”, Art Acuna as the loser of a son who wants to escape his problems and go abroad in “Nino”.

Best supporting actress –Shamaine Buencamino as the beleaguered wife and mother in “Ikaw ang Pag-ibig” and as the closet lesbian daughter in “Nino”, Raquel Villavicencio as the randy balikbayan cousin from the States in “Nino”, Janice de Belen as the caring police chief mom in “Zombadings”, Mercedes Cabral as the free-spirited classmate in “Ligo na U Lapit na Me”, Eugene Domingo as the zany mistress and neighbor in “Househusband”.
