Isabelle Daza On The Possibility Of Falling For Co-Host Chris Tiu

Isabelle Daza
ISABELLE DAZA admits she’s much comfortable as a host than as an actress. “In hosting kasi, it’s more like you’re just being yourself and you can do a lot of adlibs,” she says. “Sa acting, you have to assume a role, a character and you have to memorize your lines. I’ve tried it na in ‘Futbolilits’ so I know it’s not easy. I really need a lot more training before I can accept more acting assignments kasi wala naman akong formal studies in acting at all. Ayoko namang basta umarte and be mediocre.”

She’s glad to be co-hosting GMA-7’s new infotainment show, “iBilib”, with Chris Tiu. “This is our first time to work there and it helps na magkakilala na kami as we used to be neighbors in the same village,” she says.

Some writers say they might fall for each other but she just laughs it off. “I know Chris has a non-showbiz girlfriend at matagal na sila. Ako rin naman, kilala niya ang non-showbiz boyfriend ko, so huwag nyo na kami i-link sa isa’t isa as we’re both taken. But I like working with him kasi he’s very intelligent and very professional. Ako naman, para kong cosplayer rito na iba-iba ang outfits and I even wear a blonde wig.”

“iBlib” starts airing this Sunday right after Sen. Bong Revilla’s “Kap’s Amazing Stories”.
