GMA NETWORK’s boy band,
Down to Mars, will have their first big concert tonight entitled “One Love” at Metro Bar on West Ave., with Jonalyn Viray of La Diva as their special guest. Both Down to Mars and Jonalyn are contract stars of GMA Records. Jonalyn is currently being linked to Jang, the Fil-Chinese balladeer in the group. But the wackiest member of the group is Daisuke, the Fil-Japanese guy who loves to crack jokes.
The Down to Mars self-titled debut album will be relased soon with such surefire tracks as “Cloud 9”, “My Everything” and “Oooh Aaah”. The guys themselves compose their own songs. Anytime now, they will be flying to South Korea to shoot their first music video there, directed by Treb Monteras.
