She denied this vehemently when she guested in a TV talk show. “Hindi totoo yan!” she said. “Grabe naman, kunsaan man nanggaling yan. Hindi kami close and he’s not even my friend. Ni hindi ko nga nakikita kahit anino niya, no? So tigilan ako’t huwag akong isangkot sa kanilang mga kabaliwan. May sarili akong lovelife.”
She has a hunch as to who’s spreading such rumors but she’d rather not elaborate. “I’m busy with so many other things para pagkaabalahan ko pa yang mga ganyang walang katotohanang tsismis. I’ve put up my own company, Brownsugar Productions International, a one-stop shop that offers services in productions, photography, creatives, producing TV shows and movies, advertising, and talent management as well as hosting jobs. Open siya not just here but also abroad and we’re exploring a lot of possible projects for this. Di ba nag-produce na ako ng ‘Booba’ and ‘Super B’, action comedy. I’m planning to come up with another action-comedy this year, ‘Angelina Jolly’. Gusto ko uli gumawa ng solo movie kasi my last movies like ‘Desperadas’ and ‘Temptation Island’, laging marami kami. This time, dahil I’m Angelina, ang kukunin kong leading man, si Brad Pitt. O, di ba? Yun pala, Brod Pete!” she laughs.
On TV, she just finished “Daldalita” where she was paired with Raymart Santiago in the ending. She’s still in “Showbiz Central” and “Bubble Gang” and also guested in “Kusina Master” and “Manny Many Prizes." But no matter how busy she is, she intends to take a course in the culinary arts in preparation for the food business she intends to put up and also to devote more time to her Pilates class.
