Has Bea Binene Become A Swellhead?

IS BEA BINENE now a swellhead? Someone reported that “Alice Bungisngis and Her Magic Walis” director, Mark Reyes, scolded her in front of ther co-stars for feeling like a big star and always coming late on the set. We ask Bea herself about this on the victory-thanksgiving party of GMA for their hit afternoon shows. “That’s not true po,” she says. “I try to make it a point na di ako ma-late kasi I respect ang mga kasama ko sa show. Once, na-late ako, kasi I came straight from the taping naman of ‘Tween Hearts’ at nag-explain naman ako kay Direk Mark.”

Mark Reyes was at the affair and he himself denies the rumor. “Walang nangyaring ganun,” he says. “Very professional si Bea. I don’t know kung sino ang naninira sa kanya but we’re very happy with her and we’re all happy with the show kasi we maintain our high ratings sa 6 PM slot before ’24 Oras’.”

How about the story that Bea’s ka-love team, Jake Vargas, really went steady with their co-star Lexi Fernandez? “Basta on cam, kami po ni Jake ang magkapareha,” says Bea who’s the new Tupperware endorser for their line of teens make up.
