Rhian Ramos Wants To Dwell On The Positive After The Negative Things That She Experienced

RHIAN RAMOS was warmly applauded when she appeared in “Party Pilipinas” to promote her movie “My Kontrabida Girl” and also to plug the horror flick she did earlier, “The Road”, that will premiere in Hollywood this coming May.

“I’m so happy to be working again and that very positive ang feedback sa trailer and music video ng ‘My Kontrabida Girl’,” she says. “I want to dwell on the positive na lang. Everyone says they want to see it when it opens on March 14 as it looks very entertaining. Maski ako, excited na rin to see ang kabuuan ng movie namin ni Aljur Abrenica. I’m also proud to be part of ‘The Road’ that got praised even abroad. Now, heto it’ll be the first Filipino film that will be shown in U.S. commercial theatres, with a premiere night in Hollywood on May 11.”

“The Road” will be shown in about 50 mainstream cinemas all over the US like AMC, Landmark and Loews. The theatrical release will be simultaneous with Video-On-Demand (Amazon Instant Video, Amazon Prime, Best Buy Cinema Now, Blockbuster On Demand, Dell Video Stage, Facebook, HP Movie Store, Hulu Plus, iTunes, Netflix, Rovi, Sony Playstation, Vudu, Xbox 360, YouTube, AT&T U-verse, Avail-TVN, Cablevision, Charter, Comcast, Cox, DirecTV, Dish Network, iN DEMAND, Insight, Rogers, Time Warner, Verizon FiOS.) In Canada, “The Road” will be available on Video on Demand and on DVD release. The film’s high profile marketing is being handled by Prodigy, the same group that handled the promotion of hit award-winning movies like “Little Miss Sunshine,” “Sideways,” “Crash,” among others.
