Erwin Tulfo's Public Service Show Celebrates 2Nd Anniversary With A Bang

ERWIN TULFO’s “Tutok Tulfo”, News5’s first public service program, is celebrating its second anniversary with a two-part special tonight at 11:30 PM, April 21, and next Saturday. The first part deals with Filipinos afflicted with mental illness, suffering prejudice and discrimination from the public as they cope with being misunderstood, laughed at and abused. Tulfo will take a closer look at the treatments offered in mental institutions and outpatient hospitals, and the negative effects as seen in crimes associated with people with mental disorders.

The second part is how police officers operate in crime management, assessing the quality of their services based on international standards. The show also extends its gratitude to Kapatid viewers via the on-ground “Sakay sa Kaligtasan,” a ride-for-a-cause activity. Together with the whole Tutok Tulfo team, Erwin will encourage more riders to join his journey and mission to help the public by providing a help desk and creating awareness on crime prevention and rescue operations in its northern leg today at SM Supermalls (SM Novaliches, SM Marilao, SM Pampanga and SM Tarlac) and southern leg on April 28 at SM Supermalls (Novaliches, Molino, Dasmariñas and Sta.
