Jennica Garcia On Martin Escudero's Saying Their Love Affair Is 'Kabobohan' On His Part

JENNICA GARCIA was initially paired with Carl Guevarra in “My Beloved”. But Carl’s character, Junic, was quickly killed and he became a ghost who protects her. Jennica now has a new partner in Franco Magalona, a doctor she’ll meet in a hospital when her mom, Sharmaine Arnaiz, gets sick. So that means Carl will have to exit from the show?

“Yes, it’s sad nga na mawawala na siya kasi matagal na rin kami magka-love team, but ganun talaga sa soap, e. But before he left, nagkaroon pa kami ng one last kissing scene. Inabot nga six takes bago naperpekto. I’m looking forward to working with Frank. Ngayon ko lang siya makakatrabaho, e.”

How did she feel when ex-BF Martin Escudero said in an interview that it was dumb of him to give priority to having a girlfriend when he was still starting at GMA-7?

“Yes, I heard, kabobohan daw yung nangyari sa amin at nagbuhos siya roon ng oras,” she says. “Pero ang tagal na naming wala ni Mart, e. As you well know, I’m now with Alwyn (Uytingco), so siguro, palampasin na lang natin yun. Sa’kin, bale wala yun. Basta ako, even if our relationship didn’t work, no regrets, kasi it was a learning experience for me and it helped me grow naman as a person.”
