Richard Gutierrez Now More Open About His Lovelife

RICHARD GUTIERREZ missed drama acting so much. “Lately kasi, I’m doing more hosting in ‘Survivor Philippines’ and ‘Pinoy Adventure’. Yung iba namang ginawa ko, action like ‘Zorro’ and ‘Captain Barbell’ and rom-com like ‘Full House’. Now, balik ako sa drama in ‘Makapiling Kang Muli’.”

After Jewel Mische, he’s now linked to a non-showbiz girl, morena model Girlie Benitez. How are they? “Okay naman. Everything is going well. Happy ako ngayon. But she’s not part of my show so let’s talk more na lang about ‘Makapiling Kang Muli’. I want to keep it private to protect her also.”

How does he feel about his mom Annabelle Rama’s plan to run for public office in Cebu? “Nagulat kami lahat in the family. We never thought she’d plan to join politics. We met as a family and some are for it, some against it. But if and when she’d decide she’d run, we’ll support her 100%.”
