Ruffa Gutierrez Happy To Hop From One Big Tv Station To Another To Promote 'Mommy Returns'

RUFFA GUTIERREZ is thankful that TV5 execs are very liberal and allows her to guest on the shows of GMA-7 and ABS-CBN to promote her movie, “The Mommy Returns”, that will premiere tonight at SM Megamall and opens nationwide tomorrow. She even guested in the show of her former “enemy”, Kris Aquino, and also in “The Buzz” that she used to co-host. In contrast,her co-star Pokwang is not allowed to promote with other channels.

Mother Lily, in turn, is very happy with Ruffa. “Ang sipag niyang mag-promote,” she says. “Nakakatuwa. We’ve seen the movie and perfect ito as a Mother’s Day presentation since the whole family can watch it together. Ang husay ni Ruffa as the stepmom of Gabby’s kids who nearly gave up dahil inaaway siya ng multo ni Pokwang.”

Some producers want to sign up Ruffa’s two daughters, Lorin and Venice, but she’s against it. “I want them to have a normal life and just focus on their studies muna. Showbiz can wait. Anyway, kumikita naman ako on my own so I’m just here to support them. Ayokong masabihan ako ng ama nilang ine-exploit sila para kumita.”
