    Ruffa Gutierrez Celebrates Her Birthday By Building Houses For The Poor In Payatas

    RUFFA GUTIERREZ will celebrate her birthday on June 24, Sunday, but a day before that, she’ll start her celebration on TV5’s “Paparazzi” then go to Payatas for her housing program for the poor where she and her friends with the Habitat for Humanities will construct new houses for the homeless people in the said dumpsite.
