Jennylyn Mercado Is So At Home In 'Api-Apihan' Roles

JENNYLYN MERCADO’S new soap, “Hindi Ka Na Mag-iisa”, will start today replacing “Hiram na Puso” after “Eat Bulaga”. To promote it, she was in Cebu to do a mall and barangay tour last weekend, with co-stars Sid Lucero, Carl Guevarra, Frank & Saab Magalona, Angelu De Leon and Crystal Reyes. They were mobbed in Brag. Tisa and Tesoro and SM Event Center.

“Sobrang warm and reception sa’min ng mga Kapusong Cebuano and I’d like to thank all of them,” says Jen, who plays a girl her own mom, Glydel Mercado, gave away so she can marry Lloyd Samartino. “Api-apihan ako in this story of love and sacrifice.
