Jennylyn Mercado Is GMA-7's Current Fair-Haired Girl With One Assignment After Another

GMA-7 REALLY favors Jennylyn Mercado. She’s now in four shows. She’s hosting “Inside Protege”, “Party Pilipinas” and “HOT TV”. She also stars in the movie “The Bride and the Lover” and the afternoon soap “Hindi Ka Na Mag-iisa”. And even if “Hindi Ka Na” is yet to end, she’s now already cast as one of the stars of the historical epicserye that Sen. Bong Revilla will start taping next month, “Indio”.

In contrast, her former ka-love team, Mark Herras, has been without a regular show for some months now.
