PIA GUANIO is now a mommy. She went on leave from her hosting chores early last July and she delivered her baby almost 1 AM of August 31 by Caesarean section. The baby weighs 7.8 lbs. and will be called Scarlet Jenine. Pia was married to businessman husband Steve Mago on October 1, 2011 and she’s now a mom 10 months later.
