The Public Sympathizes With Sarah Geronimo And Feels Her Parents Are So Overprotective

BASING ON THE public reaction on the internet, looks like most people sympathize with Sarah Geronimo after her aborted romance with Gerald Anderson. Most of them feel that her parents are too overly protective of her simply because she’s her whole family’s gold mine and breadwinner. They accused Sarah’s parents as being selfish and thinking only of themselves.

But Sarah herself seems unmindful of the situation and has totally submitted to her parents’ wishes. She was in Hongkong, allegedly to nurse her broken heart, when the monsoon rains flooded Mega-Manila but right after her arrival home, she helpout in the relief operations in Fairview. This was even shown in “TV Patrol”. “Mas nagiging makabuluhan ang pagiging artista natin sa ganitong panahon na kailangan ng mga kababayan natin ng tulong,” she said.

And how’s her heart after the Gerald episode? “Kung yung grabeng unos at baha, nakakaya ng mga kababayan natin, makakaya ring ng puso ko ang anumang pinagdaraanan nito.”

Looks like the proposed movie with Gerald will no longer pushed through because of what happened. She’ll just wait for John Lloyd Cruz to finish the movie he’s now shooting with Bea Alonzo then they’ll be paired anew.
