    Two Cinemalaya Award-Winners Going To Various International Filmfest

    TWO CINEMALAYA award-winning entries are going for exhibition abroad. Best Picture in Director’s Showcase, “Posas (Shackled)” will have its international premiere at the Pusan International Film Festival in Korea on October 5. The next day, it will have its North American premiere at the Vancouver International filmfest in Canada. “Bwakaw”, which won best actor for Eddie Garcia, will be shown at the Toronto Filmfest in September and at the New York Filmfest in October.
