Aga Muhlach Is Officially With Tv5 But Allowed To Promote His Movie On Gam-7 Shows

AGA MUHLACH is thankful that even if he’s officially a Kapatid as host of “Pinoy Explorer”, TV5 management allowed him to appear on GMA-7 shows to promote his movie with Kapuso star Regine Velasquez, “Of All the Things”. He was with Regine in “Eat Bulaga”, “Walang Tulugan”, “Startalk” and “HOT TV”. “Kung puede nga, mag-promote din ako sa ‘The Buzz’ dahil host naman doon ang wife ko (Charlene Gonzales), kaso hindi raw puede,” says Aga.

TV5 exec Perci Intalan says that they understand the need of their stars to promote on other channels. “Siempre, it’ll be for the benefit of their movie. Maski si Ruffa Gutierrez nga noon, we allowed her to appear on other networks to promote her movie with Regal (“The Mommy Returns”) and now, nagpaalam siyang gagawa ng movie with GMA Films (“Sossy Problems”) at pinagayan din namin siya. Why deprive them of the exposure and the income, di ba? Kaya nga si Wendell Ramos, nagpaalam na kinuha raw para isali sa cast ng ‘Be Careful with My Heart’, pinayagan din namin. Maski si Ate Guy, ni-request noong lumabas sa ABS, we also allowed her. We’re not selfish.”

Aga’s “Of All the Things” will have its movie premiere on September 21 at SM Megamall. TV5 will also send a crew to cover the affair and help promote the movie.
