Bela is now being linked to Neil Arce of Arce Ice Cream, the heavily tattooed ex-BF of Maxene Magalona. Wonder how he’d react to Bela’s daring scenes in “Magdalena”, which will replace “Faithfully” now on its last two weeks.
Meantime, Bela says she and Maxene are just fine. Maxene also has a new BF, said to be Renz Fernandez, the youngest son of Lorna Tolentino and the late Rudy Fernandez.
Bela feels so lucky that her director in “Magdalena” is seasoned actress Gina Alajar. “Talagang she guides me and challenges to me to give my best in every scene,” she says. “Feeling ko, she’s giving me a personal acting workshop to make sure na maging maganda ang performance ko.”
Bela plays a simple and religious girl in love with her childhood sweetheart, Dion Ignacio as Abel. But her parents, Irma Adlawan and Allan Paule, are against Abel and pushes her to the arms of a rich guy, Ryan Eigenmann as Baron, a devil in disguise who takes her to Manila. Baron forces her to be an escort girl. Also in the cast are Sharmaine Arnaiz, Maria Isabel Lopez, Pauleen Luna, Lexi Fernandez, Chariz Solomon, Mercedes Cabral, Bodie Cruz, Deborah Sun and Tess Bomb.
