ENCHONG DEE is paired for the first time with Maja Salvador in “Ina Kapatid Anak”. Does he think they have good on-screen chemistry? “Those who’ve seen our scenes together say meron naman, may kilig factor,” he says. “Basta kami ni Maja, we’re doing our best para maganda ang trabaho namin at ang aming bawat eksena. It helps na maganda talaga ang friendship namin. Ako, talagang pinagbubutihan ko kasi si Maja just won best actress awards for ‘Thelma’, so I make sure ginagalingan ko para hindi niya ko maiwanan sa mga eksena namin.”
It’s common knowledge that he’s waiting for Julia Montes to turn 18 so he can woo her. “As of now, I’m still waiting,” he says.
Does Maja approve of Julia for Enchong? “Basta ba aalagaan niya si Enchong at mamahalin ng husto, approve ako,” says Maja.
Won't Julia get jealous with him now that he's lovey-dovey with Maja? "Hindi naman. She knows part lang ito ng trabaho namin."
