Arthur Robes, is helping the informal settlers relocated to their city to earn a living by making environment-friendly katsa bags to be sold for a reasonable price in various supermarkets and malls where plastic bags are now forbidden. The bags look so nice and fashionable that it can be used everywhere. The beneficiaries are members of Barangays Graceville, Minuyan, Gaya-gaya and Muzon.
