Rich Asuncion Will Give Hell To Child Actress Mona Louise Rey In 'Aso Ni San Roque'

RICH ASUNCION impressed Director Joel Lamangan when they did the film “Migrante” so Direk Joel recommended her to Director Gil Portes who’s making a new movie. Direk Gil got Rich to play the role of a lady lawyer and she’ll be acting with Wendell Ramos and Mike Tan.

“I really appreciate yung pag-recommend sa’kin ni Direk Joel,” says Rich. “I enjoyed doing ‘Migrante’ with him where I played the younger sister of Jodi Sta. Maria na problema ng family nila.”

She’s in GMA-7’s new horror-fantasy, “Aso ni San Roque”, playing a TV journalist who figures in a love triangle with TJ Trinidad and LJ Reyes. “As usual, contravida na naman ako dito sa kanila at aapihin ko rin si Mona Louise Rey, but I don’t mind. Villain din ako sa last show ko, ‘Biritera’, and I got positive comments for it. I’m happy to work with LJ as I consider her a good friend. When I was starting sa ‘Starstruck’, she’s one my Ates na tinutulungan akong mag-ayos kasi baduy ako’t promding-promdi noon from Bohol.”

She was linked to Aljur Abrenica and Ervic Vijandre but she’s loveless now. “No time. Tinuloy ko ang tourism studies ko sa UP. My classes are Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Pag wala akong class, doon ako nagte-taping.”
