Aljur Abrenica Not Afraid His Younger Brother Vin Might Eventually Eclipse His Popularity

ALJUR ABRENICA is so happy for his younger brother Vin who won in TV5’s “Artista Academy”. He was there at the Big Dome when Vin won but he refused to be interviewed by the TV5 crew as GMA-7 allowed him to attend the affair but not to be interviewed by a rival network. He’s not afraid that his brother might eclipse his popularity as he believes there’s room for both of them in showbiz.

Right now, he’s just happy that his GMA show, “Coffee Prince”, is rating very well as the endearing romantic comedy has gained so many loyal followers amused by the antics of Aljur and Kris Bernal as Arthur and Andy and their romantic entanglements with Benjamin Alves and Max Collins as Errol and Arlene. Arthur is depressed because he cannot get over Arlene. Andy advises him to move on and date other girls but still, Arthur continues to pine for Arlene who’s now lovey-dovey with Errol. Andie, in turn, dresses up like a girl as Andrea and has a date with Errol at the art gallery of Arlene, making things even more hilariously complicated for all of them. In one instance, Arlene pours a pail of water on Arthur and he takes his shirt in front of Andie, who gets shocked when she sees Arthurs’s hunky body.
