ANDI EIGENMANN says she felt so ashamed and ill at ease when she did her first sexy scene with Derek Ramsay in “A Secret Affair”. “Honestly, talagang hiyang-hiya ako kasi first time ko gumawa ng ganung daring na eksena,” she says. “My past films were more of horror and comedy, like ‘Shake, Rattle & Roll’ and ‘Mamarazzi’. Sa ‘Pridyider’, I made imaginary love to a fridge. E, dito sa ‘Secret Affair’, very mature ang role at totoong tao ang ka-love scene ko. But with the guidance of Direk Nuel Naval and the help of Derek na siya namang nagdala ng eksena, nagawa naman namin ng maayos ang first love scene namin. Yung pala, umpisa lang yun. May mga sumunod pang iba sa ibang locations naman. But by that time, mas at ease na ako’t di na naiilang.”
How does she feel that Anne Curtis says she somehow felt insecure doing the movie with her as she’s such a good actress coming from the formidable Eigenmann clan and she’s daring in her sexy scenes? “Naku, ako nga ang dapat ma-insecure sa kanya. She has won acting awards, samantalang ako wala pa. Also, kung daring ako, hindi naman siya patatalbog. I also saw their scenes ni Derek at matindi rin. All in all, team effort naman ang ginawa namin dito. Ako nga lumalabas na kontrabida rito kasi best friend ko si Anne, tapos, nilandi ko pa rin si Derek kahit alam kong magsyota na sila. Sana huwag magalit ang viewers sa’kin dito kasi sobrang lakas ng dating ng character ko.”
