WE JUST WANT to remind scriptwriters and directors who want to join the first CineFilipino Film Festival that the deadline for submission of entries is today. Its Secretariat is extending its office hours today, Monday (October 08, 2012) from 6:00PM to 12MN, to accommodate submissions for the feature-length category. The Feature-Length Filmmakers Section is open to aspiring and experienced filmmakers and producers. Eight finalists will receive P1.5 million each to produce their respective films. To date, CineFilipino offers the most number of filmmakers to receive a seed grant of more than Php 1 million in support of their respective projects.
