“Unfair naman to single out just one kasi lahat naman, tumatak, nagkaroon ng connection sa’yo,” he says. “But the most unforgettable was with KA (Kaye Abad). I can’t forget it kasi it’s in my early years of being in love. Masyado pa kaming bata noon, too young to realize the seriousness of the situation. But the most important is the present, kung sino yung nagpapasaya sa’yo ngayon.”
And that’s Angelica. They’ve known each other for 12 years since they were teeners at ABS but they gravitated towards each other and became a couple only 4 months ago. In a private video with their friend Glaiza de Castro, they’re shown doing some PDA (public display of affection), with Angelica telling him: “Mahal na mahal kita, mahal na mahal mo ko.” Then JL kisses her on the hand and the lips saying: “Sorry, world, may ganito palang feeling”.
It’s really amazing how fans continue to love the JL-Bea love team even if they’ve never been really on in real life. Bea is now with Zanjoe Marudo who’s also supportive of her love team with JL. In “A Beautiful Life”, they figure in a love triangle with John Estrada. Written and directed by Katski Flores, they shot some important sequences for 9 days in Vienna and Salzburg, Austria. Also in the cast are Jim Paredes and Maritoni Fernandez (who’s also in GMA-7’s “Paroa”) as Bea’s parents, John Arcilla and Tanya Gomez as JL’s parents, Jimmy Fabregas as John’s dad, Ana Roces, Janus del Prado, Megan Young and introducing PBB Big Winner Slater Young. The show started airing last night after “Ina Kapatid Anak”.
