LJ was just the runner up in Starstruck 2 but her career is now doing better than winner Ryza Cenon. In “Aso ni San Roque”, she plays the lead as the mom of child star Mona Louise Rey and Ryza just supports her. “Aswang ako sa ‘Aso ni San Roque’, pero ayokong pumatay ng tao. Aswang din ako in ‘Tiktik: Aswang Chronicles’ at dito naman, mabangis ako’t gusto ko talagang patayin sina Lovi Poe at Dingdong Dantes.”
She amazed Director Erik Matti when she requested to do her own stunts in the movie. “At first, they got a double, but I asked to try it muna. My character kasi as Hilda has the special power of speed. So nilagyan nila ako ng harness and I fly from the rooftop of a house going to the ground. Nakaya ko naman, so they allowed me to do my own stunts na. Ipinatong din ako sa ibabaw ng isang speeding jeepney. I’m excited with this movie kasi it’ll be shown in other Asian countries like Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.”
