Toni Gonzaga On How It Feels Kissing A Gay Like Vice Ganda

TONI GONZAGA IS wooed by the gay Vice Ganda in “This Guy’s in Love with U, Mare”. In real life, she admits having experienced something of the sort. “Pero hindi ko naman na-confirm,” she says. “Tsismis lang na nadinig ko. Matagal na yun. Hayaan nyo na. Wala akong karapatang manghusga ng tao. World peace na lang.”

Some writers say she’s referring to Paolo Ballesteros who she got to work with when she was still in “Eat Bulaga”. He somewhat resembles her current BF Direk Paul Soriano, but Toni won’t talk about it anymore.

She gets to wear a bathing suit in the movie for the first time. “I agreed kasi I know hindi naman bastos lalabas with Direk Wenn Deramas.” What’s the reaction of her BF Direk Paul? “Wala, okay lang. Ang mommy ko ang nag-react. Ba’t daw ako nag-bathing suit? Sabi ko, Ma, may edad na ko. Di na ko bata. At comedy naman ang movie namin. Nasa resort kami. Hindi naman ito bedscene.”

But she has a kissing scene with Vice Ganda. How does it feel? “Medyo weird. Hindi naman talaga ko nakikipag-kissing scene, di ba? Pero dito kay Vice, okay lang, parang sa kapatid mo lang.”
