Vilma, Sharon And Nora Meet And Give Tips To Final 6 Of 'Artista Academy'

GOV. VILMA SANTOS, SHARON CUNETA and Nora Aunor are the special guests in “Artista Academy” this week. The top 6 grand finalists feel so grateful for getting the rare privilege of interacting with no less than the three most enduring movie queens in local showbiz: the Star for All Seasons, the Megastar and the Superstar. Akihiro Blanco, Chanel Morales, Mark Neumann, Shaira Mae, Sophie Albert and Vin Abrenica know that they now face tougher challenges as their Artista Academy journey culminates in the Grand Awards Night to be held at the SMART Araneta Coliseum on October 27. They consider it an honor to be able to meet the country’s top actresses.

Yesterday, Mark Neumann, whose roots are from Batangas, was shown visiting the office of Gov. Vilma Santos, who is proud to be have a Batangueño in the grand finals of the grandest artista search. The Star for All Seasons shares with Mark her own journey to stardom from the time she started as a child actress at the young age of nine. She also gives Mark a personal “lucky charm” to always remind him to keep striving to be better at what he does and to never stop learning to hone his talents. Today, Thursday, it’s Sharon Cuneta’s turn to give her words of inspiration as all six Artista Academy Honor Students converse with the Megastar and ask questions about the challenges, hardships and triumphs of her showbiz career.

In this Saturday’s live exams, Akihiro, Mark and Vin are given the chance to do what almost all Filipino artistas dream of: to act with Nora Aunor. Footages of the shoot as well as the Superstar’s comments about the Artista Academy boys will be shown in this Friday’s episode. “Artista Academy” airs weeknights at 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 8:30 p.m. on TV5.
