MANAY LOLIT SOLIS is the manager of Paolo Contis. She admits part of reason why Paolo’s marriage to Lian Paz crumbled is he doesn’t know how to handle his finances wisely. He is earning quite well since he is never without a show on GMA-7, whether it’s a hosting job like in “Manny Many Prizes” or acting like in “Aso ni San Roque” where he plays the “kapreng aswang”. Despite this, he’s wallowing in debt simply because he doesn’t know how to say no when people borrow money from him. He’d even borrow money from his friends just to be able to help others.
Worse, it’s said that he’s addicted to gambling. He used to go with Manny Pacquiao before to the casinos but Manny has since been reformed after he became a Bible-quoting Christian. Lolit says it’s Lian herself who is the source of the stories about Paolo’s gambling habits and Lian should stop this because she’s not entirely blameless as she also felt like she was Jinkee Pacquiao then who go on shopping sprees.
