Anne Curtis Happy That 'A Secret Affair' Is A Blockbuster Even If Abs-Cbn Prevented Her From Saying Derek Ramsay'S Name When She Plugs It

ANNE CURTIS was the only major cast member of “A Secret Affair” that made it to the victory party given by Viva Films for the movie’s earning P100 million in only six days. This long weekend, it’s expected to increase its earnings even more.

“I’m really so happy the movie is a hit, thanks to word of mouth endorsements and also to social media like Twitter where my millions of followers shared all the catchy lines in the movie with the rest of the public," says Anne. "Patago akong nanood nito sa Glorietta recently to observe the audience at talagang nagre-react sila sa mga eksena, pinapalakpakan ang mga dialogue, lalo na ni Ms. Jaclyn Jose about kabits and mistresses.”

So she’s no longer sore at ABS-CBN for preventing her from mentioning Derek when plugs the movie? “They talked to me and explained their stand at naintindihan ko naman ang side nila. But still, ‘Secret Affair’ ang title ng movie and yet, kaming dalawa lang ni Andi Eigenmann ang binabanggit ko. Parang kami ang may Secret Affair sa isa’t isa. Well, wala naman tayong magagawa sa decision nila, so follow na lang tayo. At least, naging big blockbuster pa rin ang movie.”

Anne left for the U.S. the day after the victory party to be at the premiere screenings abroad of the hit movie where lots of Filipino viewers are already waiting for it.
