Most of them are real stunners and have star quality. Aside from Jeric and Thea, the two most likely to succeed for us are Gianna and Juancho, although they’re not paired with each other. They’re definitely both “mukhang artista”. Gianna is paired with Seth and Juancho, with Dianne.
Gianna is the fourth child of Sen. Bong Revilla and Rep. Lani Mercado after Brian, Jolo and Inah. She looks so much like her mom. A high school senior at La Salle Zobel, she’s 17 and has taken the college entrance exams in various colleges.
“Gusto ko talaga ma-showbiz pero ayaw ng parents ko,” she says. “I’m so glad when they allowed me to audition for this new show.”
Is her mom a stage mother? “Basta very supportive siya. Laging nakabantay sa akin.”
Does she have a BF? “May suitors but never pa kong nagka-boyfriend.”
We tell her to avoid being like her Ate Inah who became a mom and got married after her 18th birthday. “Ay, hindi po talaga,” she says.
What advice did she get from her famous parents? “Maging magalang po lagi at ingatan ang pangalang Revilla kasi galing pa yan sa lolo naming si Daddy Ramon.”
In “Teen Gen”, she plays Madison, the most popular and fashionable girl in school. What does she think of her ka-love team, Seth? “Sa workshops pa lang po kami nagkasama. Sa Sunday po is our first taping. So far, okay naman po siya. Masayang kasama. Lahat kami rito baguhan at maganda bonding namin so far.”
