Ai Ai De Las Alas Reveals She And Vice Ganda Both Have Boyfriends Who Are Basketball Players

LAST YEAR, Ai Ai de las Alas’ entry with Vic Sotto, “Enteng ng Ina Mo”, a co-prod of Vic with Star Cinema, was the topgrosser, followed by Kris Aquino’s “Segunda Mano”, clobbering Bong Revilla’s “Panday 2” that was only No. 3 and Judy Ann Santos’ “My Househusband” that was No. 4.

For this year, Vic and Bong wanted to get Ai Ai to star with them in their entry but Ai Ai was not allowed by Star Cinema, with which she’s under contract, so they teamed up with Juday instead. As it turns out, Star made Ai Ai team up with Kris and Vice Ganda in “Sisterakas”. So it’s three big stars versus another set of three big stars.

“I’m glad naintindihan naman agad ni Bossing na hindi ako pinayagan ng Star gumawa ng movie with him,” she says. “Ang nangyari nga, magkalaban pa kami ngayon. Ang wish ko na lang, kumita sana pareho ng malaki ang movies namin.”

Everyone knows she had a rift with Vice Ganda early this year. How did they patch things up?

“Si Kris ang gumawa ng paraan para magkabati kami. Nang mag-shoot na kami, parang walang nangyaring gap sa’min. Sabi nga ni Friendship Kris, mas madalas pa kaming nag-uusap sa set ni Vice kaysa sa kanya. Kami ni Vice ang laging nagchichikahan. Kasi nga, yung mga kilala niya, kilala ko rin at ni Babe. May common denominator kami.”

Ai Ai is referring to her BF Jed Salang, a cager, who happens to know Vice’s BF who’s also a cager named Terrence. Ganun. Sabi nga ni Friendship Kris, love love love na lang para maging maganda para sa movie, positive lahat.”
