James Yap Confident His Rift With Ex-Wife Kris Aquino Will Be Settled Eventually

KRIS AQUINO earlier declared she doesn’t want to be friends again with ex-hubby James Yap. When asked about this, James says he’s confident this most recent case of misunderstanding between them will soon be ironed out. “Maaayos din yan,” he says. “May anak kami, si Bimby, alangan namang maging magkaaway kami for life. Hindi naman puede ang ganun.”

He no longer wants to talk about what caused the gap between them.

Meantime, Kris and Ai Ai de las Alas deny they’re eyeing the Metro filmfest best actress award. They say they’re not concerned about awards for their entry, “Sisterakas”.

“Siempre we prefer box office success kasi co-producers kami ng ‘Sisterakas’ along with Vice Ganda,” adds Kris.

Feeling namin, kami sina Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Angelina Jolie na may share of the profits sa movies nila!"
