Indie Actor Alex Vincent Medina Gets Biggest Break In Abs-Cbn'S 'Ina Kapatid Anak'

ALEX VINCENT MEDINA gets the biggest break in his career now that he’s cast as the newest addition in Book 2 of “Ina Kapatid Anak”. Alex is an indie actor seen recently as Andres Bonifacio’s brother in “Supremo”. He also won the Cinema One Originals best actor award for “Palitan”. “Being cast in a mainstream soap like ABS-CBN’s number show, ‘Ina Kapatid Anak’, is really awesome,” he says. “Hindi ako makapaniwala nung una na isasama ko kina Eddie Gutierrez, Pilar Pilapil, Janice de Belen, Cherry Pie Picache, Kim Chiu, Maja Salvador, Enchong Dee and Xian Lim. May pressure talaga kasi galing nga ako sa indie films. But nag-warm up naman ako agad kasi very accommodating ang directors namin at ang bait ng buong cast sa’kin. They made me feel welcome.”

What’s his role? “I play Diego, but I can’t reveal yet kung ano ang magiging papel ko sa buhay ng characters dito.”

Our guess is that he’s Cherry Pie’s missing son, the one given away by John Regala before she gave birth to Celyn (Kim Chiu.)
