Kapamilya Soaps Banking On Love Triangles And Quadrangles

THREE OF ABS-CBN’s new soaps are banking on love triangles: Robin Padilla, Kris Aquino and Anne Curtis in “Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw” that started last night; Angeline Quinto, Sam Milby and Paulo Avelino in “Kahit Konting Pagtingin”; and Carmina Villaroel, Vina Morales and Rico Blanco in “May Isang Pangarap” that started yesterday afternoon.

Three soaps are quadrangles: Kim Chiu, Maja Salvador, Xian Lim and Enchong Dee in “Ina Kapatid Anak” whose Book 2 started last week; Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, Enrique Gil, Khalil Ramos in “The Princess and I” that ends on February 1 (its Royal Fair Final Game basketball match between the teams of Daniel and Khalil at the MOA last Sunday was a huge success) to be replaced by Coco Martin’s “Juan de la Cruz”; and Gabby Concepcion, Iza Calzado, Jake Cuenca and Andi Eigenmann in “Kahit Puso’y Masugatan” that will have its farewell presscon today.
