“She deserves to play demanding roles like this dahil kayang-kaya naman niya,” says Papa P. “The story itself is very rich, maraming twists and turns that will intrigue the viewers. It’s Angelica who does a pivotal role para mapagtagpi-tagpi niya yung connections ng lahat ng characters in the show. All of us in the cast would have to co-exist with her either as Serena or Rebecca para ma-resolve yung various conflicts sa story.”
He’s seen bare chested in the soap most of the time. “Kasi most of my scenes with Angelica here, kuha sa dagat, so that explains it. Naiiba naman ang role ko rito, mas maaksiyon, kumpara sa last soap na ginawa ko, ‘Nang Dahil sa Pag-ibig’, na pari naman ang role ko. Grabe ang casting ng ‘Apoy sa Dagat’. Malaki talaga.”
