“Siguro dahil mas confident na ako at mas marunong mag-ayos ngayon,” she says.
How come she’s out of circulation in showbiz these days? “I still love to perform but I’m into business a lot now, like Endless Collagen Drink, my online store Cheapipay.com and my mom’s production company since she has retired. I still want to do hosting and singing, which I do best, rather than acting of which I’m not so confident.”
How is it working again with ex-hubby Martin Nievera in “Foursome” who’s seated right beside him during the presscon? “I’m trying not to look at him nga kasi ma-develop uli. Basta laging maganda ang working relationship namin. We can be the best of friends who enjoy working together. When we perform on stage, it’s magic, parang di kami nagtatrabaho at all. Minus all the personal stuff between us, I’ll always be a Martin Nievera fan. When it comes to his talent, hindi siya suwapang. I also enjoy working with Ogie and Regine. Si Ogie, napakadaling kausap. He’s everybody’s friend. Reg really has a golden voice. Napakabait pang tao. Walang masamang tinapay sa kanya.”
