Cherie Gil And Gabby Concepcion Happy To Be Reunited In 'A Moment In Time'

CHERIE GIL admits she’s lucky to be working with both GMA-7, where she now appears in “Temptation of Wife”, and ABS-CBN. She reveals that she’s now producing an indie film, ‘Sonata’, to be helmed by Peque Gallaga and an entry in the Sinehang Pambansa. She's also happy to be reunited with Gabby Concepcion in "A Moment in Time" where they play the parents of teen star Julia Montes. They've made arrangements for her to marry Joseph Marco but, before their wedding date, she meets Coco Martin and things become very complicated for them.

As for Gabby, he’s also glad to be reunited with Cherie after they did films like ‘Bilibid Boys’ for Regal and ‘Sa Hirap at Ginhawa’ for Viva in the 80s. “Mga teenager pa kami noon and I’ve always been very close to Cherie and her family as her mom, Rosemarie Gil, was a friend of my parents and Tita Rose was the first artista I met,” he says. “I even asked advice from her when I joined the movies myself in 1980.”

What about the movie that will supposedly reunite him with ex-wife Sharon Cuneta? "Matagal pa yun. May hinihintay pa kami. I'm now doing 'Bukas na Lang Kita Mamahalin' with Dawn Zulueta and then I'll do a movie with Maricel Soriano, 'Boy Girl Bakla Tomboy', sa Viva na parents kami ni Vice Ganda."
